I am genuinely thrilled to have you here and be a part of your journey. So much joy comes from supporting women in reclaiming their worth, redefining themselves, and facilitating transformative change within their families.
I support women in all stages of life wanting to heal from and embrace the beautiful, messy, sometimes painful experiences that define us. When we are experiencing depression or anxiety oftentimes, low self-worth, trauma or shame are underneath the surface.
