I am passionate about working with caregivers, care providers, healthcare professionals, and people navigating high-stress work environments. I will help you navigate through burnout, compassion fatigue, work-life imbalance, grief, and vicarious trauma.
Through authenticity, safety, and a mindful approach we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth. In our counseling sessions, you'll find a safe and supportive environment where we will work together to navigate the complexities of your inner world, fostering understanding and empowering change.
During our sessions, you will learn how to set healthy boundaries, have balance in your personal and professional life, and how to be fully present.

Experience:Alyanna is an Associate Professional Counselor and a Georgia State University graduate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Alyanna works with caregivers, healthcare professionals, and those struggling with work-life balance. She has also facilitated improv therapy groups and groups for smoking cessation through mindfulness.
