Alyanna Reick-Mitrisin
Associate Professional Counselor
Caring for others can be deeply fulfilling—but it can also be exhausting. As a caregiver, healthcare professional, or someone in a high-stress job, you may find yourself constantly pouring into others while feeling depleted yourself. Burnout, compassion fatigue, work-life imbalance, grief, and vicarious trauma can build up, leaving you wondering where you fit into the equation.
You deserve support, too. In our sessions, we’ll create a space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Through authenticity, safety, and a mindful approach, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, and find ways to restore balance. Together, we’ll work on setting boundaries that actually feel doable, reconnecting with yourself outside of your role, and learning how to be fully present—in your work, your relationships, and your own life.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Healing, balance, and fulfillment are possible, and I’m here to help you get there—one step at a time.
