As a mental health collective, we assist members by providing therapy and connecting them with other wellness professionals because treating the whole person matters (body, mind and soul). We aim to create a casual and cozy atmosphere so our clients feel at ease during their sessions.

As a therapist with Nurture and Be, work culture and burnout prevention is a priority. The mental health of our therapists are essential, and we encourage and promote putting yourself first. You will be a part of the team, where we work collaboratively to foster community and fun in the workplace.  You can expect to be in a working environment that takes away the pressures of having to be perfect. We aim to create a safe space for our staff to express their true selves and be open and vulnerable, just as we do for our clients.

Who we’re looking for:

• The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, holistic health, mental health care, and excellence in clinical skills.

• The candidate values community and enjoys working in a collaborative, team environment.

• Must be motivated, flexible and receptive

• Must be coachable and able to receive feedback

Minimum Requirements: 

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field, from a CACREP accredited college or university

• Must be fully licensed or actively pursuing licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, APC, AMFT, etc.)

• Must be available to attend monthly group staff meetings and occasional marketing/networking events

• Must be available to see clients a minimum of 20 available hours/week (ideal candidates will be available for varying hours to include some mornings and some evenings)

• Must be willing to provide in-person therapy in Peachtree City, Georgia and virtual therapy
