Candice Coughenour
Clinical Director
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Your 20s and 30s can feel like a whirlwind—exciting, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain confusing. Maybe you’re starting college, changing jobs, navigating relationships, becoming a parent, or going through a major life shift like divorce or moving out on your own. These transitions can bring up big emotions—spikes in anxiety, struggles with self-worth, and the challenge of figuring out where you stand when everything around you is shifting.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I believe in looking at every part of you—your experiences, relationships, and the systems you’re connected to—while honoring the complexities that make you you. You’re the expert on your life, and together, we’ll untangle the uncertainty, make sense of what’s holding you back, and find a way forward that feels authentic and meaningful.
By the time we’re done working together, you’ll feel more confident advocating for yourself, communicating your needs, and setting boundaries that actually feel good. Most of all, you’ll rediscover the joy, curiosity, and freedom that life is meant to hold—without the weight of expectations keeping you stuck.

More than just my work:
“I am honored to be with individuals as they transform themselves and find their own path.”
I am a huge nerd and work hard to keep my childlike wonder. I think it is important to play and be silly, especially in adulthood.
I am Reiki certified and love exploring holistic and spiritual health. I believe the mind, body, and soul connection can be important to healthy living!
