Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Your 30s+ can be beautiful, wonderful, and exciting–it has the most joy-filled moments of your life, and it can also be a total dumpster fire. I’m sure people exist that can navigate that flawlessly, most of us, however, have gotten to the end of our ten-year plan and don’t know what to do now. You feel a lingering pressure to have it all together (even when you’re still trying to figure out who you actually are), and you come to the shocking revelation that you are the adult in the room. You’re reading all the books and listening to the podcasts and you’re still waiting for it to click.
Here’s the thing: you don’t have to sort through it all by yourself. I’m a neurospicy recovering people-pleaser. I do the work in my own life so I can show up for you in yours. Nothing you say will scare me and you can say it all at your own pace. You might not feel like the “expert” on your life right now. Together, we’ll untangle what’s keeping you stuck, get curious about who you really are (and who you want to be), and build a path forward that feels authentic and doable. Therapy is just writing your owner’s manual, and by the end of our time together, you’ll know you better than anyone else.
I’m going to do my best to understand your perspective, sit in it with you, and poke at it to see what sticks and what you want to let go of. I’m going to analyze with you, follow your ADHD thought patterns and sort through your word vomit. I’ll give you visual aids (if talking with my hands counts), and other tools so you can begin to understand yourself in a new way. But wait, there’s more! Once we understand your thinking patterns, we can tap into your feelings and use that as information to help you align your thoughts, feelings, and actions.

More than just my work:
“I am honored to be with individuals as they transform themselves and find their own path.”
I am a huge nerd and work hard to keep my childlike wonder. I think it is important to play and be silly, especially in adulthood.
I am Reiki certified and love exploring holistic and spiritual health. I believe the mind, body, and soul connection can be important to healthy living!
