I am passionate about working with women who suffer from mood disorders related to women’s health issues, including prenatal, postpartum and menopause.
I believes in working together as a team with clients to provide holistic, evidence-based care that helps them achieve their mental health goals. My goal is to empower the client in making decisions for their care.
More than just my work:
My favorite self care is hanging out with my sister laughing and being silly.
I love to travel and explore new places and cultures
I love the peacefulness of the beach with the sounds and smells.
"It is okay to be at a place of struggle. Struggle is just another word for growth. Even the most evolved beings find themselves in a place of struggle now and then. In fact, struggle is a sure sign to them they are expanding; it is their indication of real and important progress. The only one who doesn't struggle is the one who doesn't grow. So if you are struggling right now, see it as a terrific sign- and celebrate your struggle." - Neal Donald Walsch
