Michelle Rathburn
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
You may look like you have it all together, yet inside you feel tired, disconnected, or unsure how to get back to yourself. Maybe your relationships feel strained, communication feels harder than it used to, or you’re caught in a cycle of stress and self-criticism that leaves you feeling exhausted. You want to feel more confident and grounded again -more present in your life, more in tune with the people you love, and more at peace within.
That’s where I come in. I help individuals, couples, and families move from overwhelm to regulation, from disconnection to understanding, and from survival mode to a place of balance and emotional safety.

I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported - a place where they can slow down, breathe, and begin to make sense of what’s happening inside. My goal is to help each person feel more grounded in their body, confident in their choices, and secure in their
relationships.

Experience: Michelle is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master of Science Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. She has worked extensively in the areas of relationship conflict, affair recovery, family conflict, teen issues, anxiety and depression. As the wife of a United States Navy Veteran, Michelle brings both personal understanding and professional insight to her work with military service members, veterans, and their families.
More than just my work:
I value authenticity, connection, and personal growth. As a wife of a Veteran and mom of two daughters, I’ve learned how strength and tenderness can coexist, and how growth often
happens in the middle of tough conversations and real life - not apart from it. My faith in God keeps me centered, my work keeps me inspired, and I find true joy in guiding others toward
lives rooted in presence, purpose, and genuine connection.
