Nitsan Jakob

Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor

Feeling stuck, trapped in your thoughts, or off-course in life is something we all experience at times. Whether it’s wondering why life hasn’t turned out as planned, feeling overwhelmed by the challenges of parenting, or asking yourself, “Why is my child behaving this way?”—these thoughts are more common than you might think. Therapy can be an opportunity to invest in yourself, to explore who you really are, and to embrace both acceptance and change.

I love working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents to help them better understand their family dynamics and create more harmony. Together, we’ll explore the patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and I’ll provide practical tools to help you move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.

In therapy with me, you can expect to feel truly heard and understood. I actively listen with curiosity and honesty, creating a space where you can be yourself. Humor plays a key role in our sessions—it helps ease the process and opens doors to deeper insight. With over 10 years of experience, I tailor my approach to your unique needs and strengths, focusing on unleashing your full potential. Together, we’ll build a strong, trusting relationship, and work toward meaningful self-growth and lasting change for you, your child or your family.
