You thought this transition into motherhood would feel different. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety that feels bigger than before, questioning your role in your family, or struggling with unexpected emotions after birth. Cultural or family expectations may be weighing on you, making it hard to find space for your own needs. Or perhaps your faith—once a source of comfort—now feels complicated, leaving you questioning beliefs or wrestling with past religious experiences. Wherever you find yourself, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In our work together, we’ll take things step by step. Using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and expectations shaping your experience—whether that’s birth trauma, perinatal anxiety, the pressure to be the “perfect” mom, faith deconstruction, or finding strength in your Christian beliefs. My goal isn’t just to help you cope but to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

By the end of our time together, my hope is that you’ll feel less alone in your experience, more supported in your choices, and more present for yourself and your family. You are not failing—you are navigating something incredibly complex, and you deserve support along the way.
