Reneze Trim
Professional Counselor
The perinatal journey is unlike any other—a time of transformation filled with questions, expectations, and emotions. Whether you’re navigating the excitement and uncertainties of pregnancy, adjusting to postpartum life, or facing unexpected challenges along the way, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. You don’t have to go through this alone. Support is here to help you find balance, clarity, and strength in this season of change.
Together, we’ll explore the ups and downs of perinatal life, focusing on what feels most important to you. Drawing on approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, we’ll work through the challenges you’re facing—whether it’s managing stress, navigating relationships, or finding your footing in a new role. My goal is to help you build on your strengths and discover practical, meaningful ways to care for yourself and your family.
By the end of our work together, my hope is that you feel more confident and connected—not only to the tools you need during tough moments but also to the joy and beauty of this time in your life. You deserve to feel supported, capable, and present for yourself and the people you love most.

Silence between the rustling trees and the fresh mountain air brings me a sense of ease. Also playing and spending time with my friend’s kids always brings me peace and joy.
